**Sweet Lee Designs – General Disclaimer**

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion that do not align with our core mission or values.

**Refund & Cancellation Policy**

Due to the custom nature of our cookies, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your order and will work with you if an issue arises.

**Custom Orders**

* Please allow 72 hours minimum for custom orders.
* Custom designs are approved prior to production. Once approved, refunds will not be issued based on design preferences, color variations, or minor artistic differences.

**Quality Issues**

* If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
* We may offer a replacement or credit towards a future order at our discretion.

**Pickup & Delivery**

* We are not responsible for damage once the order has been picked up or delivered to the agreed location.
* Customers are responsible for proper storage after pickup. While our cookies are shelf stable, they may last longer if stored under refrigeration.

**Allergy Disclaimer**

* Our kitchen may handle common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Our founder has Celiac Disease, so we take food sensitivities, especially wheat/gluten seriously. While we try our best to accommodate food related sensitivities, there is always a possibility of contamination. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions. All allergens are labeled per product package on accordance with Florida Cottage bakery laws.

**Delivery Options**

* We are located in Tallahassee, we offer delivery to the surrounding areas (approximately 50 mile radius) for an additional fee.

**No-Shows**

* Orders not picked up at the agreed time may be forfeited without refund.
